Mama Suds Castile Soap: This is an incredibly versatile all-purpose cleaning soap. It has hundreds of uses. You can launch it for bathing, face cleansing, handwashing, floors, dishes, counters and toilets. Keep in mind that the recipes are just estimations. We do encourage you to use less than you think you might need.
Recipes for Castile Soap Uses
All-purpose Spray Cleaner: Fill a spray bottle with 2-3 ounces of MamaSuds Castile Soap, add a few drops of your favorite essential oil, then fill your spray bottle up with warm distilled water and shake vigorously. Great for cleaning counters, walls, bathtubs, sinks and even carpet spots. This is also a great Fruit/Veggie Was.
Baby Wipe Solution: Using an old wipe container, fill the container 1/3 to ½ of the way with warm water, one squirt of MamaSuds Castile Soap, close the lid and shake gently to mix. I love adding lavender essential oil for the perfect baby bum wipe.
Bathing: Put a squirt of MamaSuds Castile Soap in the bathtub to bathe yourself, child, baby or bet. It’s the only soap you’ll need. Or squirt a tiny amount on a poof/loofah. Be sure to keep it out of the eyes. It is not tear free.
Carpet Cleaner: Put about an ounce of castile soap with water in the solution reservoir. The amount of water will vary based on your machine.
Dishwashing Soap: Put a few squirts of MamaSuds Castile Soap in the sink with hot water and hand wash dishes. Remember real soap dissolves grease and grim and dirt so it will look and feel different than commercial dishwashing liquid.
Floor Cleaner: Put a few ounces in the reservoir of your steam cleaner or bucket and wash.
Scrub/Scouring Paste: Great for a soft scrub on the stove or floors. One squirt of MamaSuds Castille Soap and baking soda. Use water to thin out if necessary.
Stain Remover: Put drops of Castile Soap on your laundry stains and throw in the wash. It’s like magic.
Toilet Cleaner: Squirt MamaSuds Castile Soap in the toilet with a sprinkle of baking soda and scrub with your toilet brush. Flush!
Laundry Soap: Using a tablespoon or measuring cup is recommended. Remember everyone’s water is different so begin with less soap and work up to the amount that cleans to your satisfaction.

If you have average water plus a regular washing machine you should use:
1 TBS of MamaSuds Laundry Soap for a load of bath towels. 1-2 TBS. of soap for a regular clothing load. 2-3 TBS. for a dirty load like sports gear. ¼ to ½ cup for a load of cloth diapers or equally dirty load.
