We love to blend essential oils! Here are a few of our favorites for a variety of things. Make sure that you use these blended in your favorite carrier oil at a 2% dilution (approximately 12 drops) per one ounce of carrier oil. A 2% dilution can be used safely (unless you have other contraindications) on everyone except children and the elderly. Check with your health care provider if you have any questions or concerns.

Anxiety: Neroli, Balsam Copaiba, Mandarin

Digestive Blend: Orange, Bergamot, Finger-root, Opoponax

Energize: Peppermint, Spike Lavender, Grapefruit

Focus Blend: Ravinstara, Orange, Peppermint, Cardamon, Rosemary

Respiratory Blend: Saro, Balsam Copaiba, Orange

Nasal Blend: Eucalyptus Globulus, Peppermint, Ravinstara

Restless Blend: Sweet Marjoram, Frankincense, Roman Chamomile, Lavender

Sleep: Spikenard, Neroli-Petitgrain, Rosalina, Roman Chamomile, Lavender

Strength & Confidence: Cedarwood, Rosalina, Wild Mint, Thyme Thymol or Benchmark, Clove

Headache: Lavender, Wild Mint, Frankincense

Belly Balance: Cape Chamomile, Rose, Lavender, Bergamot, Ylang Ylang

Muscle Soreness: Peppermint, Helichyrsum, Cape Chamomile, Lavender

Anti-Nausea: Peppermint, Sweet Basil, Ginger, Clary Sage, Myrtle (Not for pregnancy, people with heart conditions, neurological conditions or seizure disorders).

Itch Blend: Lavender, Peppermint, Helichrysum, Tea Tree, Clove, Rosemary, Ginger

Migraine Headache: Lavender, Helichrysum, Peppermint, Orange

Allergy: Lavender, Oregano, Veviter

Psoriasis: Geranium, Neem, Carrot Seed, Bergamot, Clary Sage, Melissa, Chamomile
