We love to blend essential oils! Here are a few of our favorites for a variety of things. Make sure that you use these blended in your favorite carrier oil at a 2% dilution (approximately 12 drops) per one ounce of carrier oil. A 2% dilution can be used safely (unless you have other contraindications) on everyone except children and the elderly. Check with your health care provider if you have any questions or concerns.
