Favorite Recipes for Winter

We love the oils in these recipes for the months when coughs, colds and flu are rampant. These recipes are simple to put together and staples in our homes.

Wellness Spray

4 ounces distilled water

5 drops lavender

5 drops lemon

5 drops eucalyptus

3 drops tea tree

Spray in environment for freshening up the air in your home when illness is present.

Nasal Inhaler/Aromastick

2 drops eucalyptus

2 drops tea tree

3 drops lavender

3 drops lemon


Chest and Back Rub

1 ounce carrier oil (Olive, Sunflower, Almond, Trauma)

3 drops eucalyptus

3 drops lavender

Apply to chest and back for congestion. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Patch test.
