LIGHTEN UP BLEND

Need a little uplifting blend of essential oils?  Give any of these a try.

Blend:
4-5 drops pink grapefruit essential oil
3-4 drops sweet orange essential oil
2-3 drops lime essential oil
1 drop lavender angustifolia essential oil (Optional)
1 drop peppermint essential oil (Optional)

Add this to 1 ounce of  unscented cream, carrier oil or water.  It smells fantastic and is sure to lift your spirits.
