1 c. cooked kidney beans, mashed 1 c. cooked brown rice 1 1/2 c. cooked steel cut oats 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs 2 egg whites 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/8 c. Parmesan cheese 1 Tbs. your favorite mustard 1 T. low sodium vegetable bouillon
Combine ingredients. Make patties. Brown on both sides in skillet. Be certain to use nonstick pan or coat pan with cooking spray. Makes 8 burgers.
