I make a product called Busy Bee. It could actually be called "Busy Brain". Who doesn't suffer from that at one time or another? Sometimes though we are unable to turn off the busy channel in our brains. There are several essential oils that help reduce the busy and bring a little more calm to life.
Cedarwood is an essential oil that I use a lot. It is a base note and in my experience many have had their brains quieted with Cedarwood. I'm not saying ditch your conventional medications if you are on some however consider augmenting by adding Cedarwood to shampoo, lotion or cream. An added bonus is that it is great for respiratory conditions including nasal congestion.
Vetiver is an essential oil that comes from a root. It is thicker to pour and also a base note. I love Vetiver. It has a unique aroma which isn't for everyone. The calming and quieting effects are notable. One bonus is that is beneficial for immune function.
Those are the two oils in my Busy Bee Blend. It's helped many a busy mind.
